Choked Full. Blued trigger. Capped full pistol grip buttstock checkered in fleur-de-lis and wave pattern is of flame grained American Walnut with 14" LOP over "Kick-EEZ" pad. Forearm is nicely checkered in fleur-de-lis and diamond pattern. Receiver is nicely scroll engraved on right side and top with special commemorative inscription on left marked "Grand American Handicap / 1967 / 1 of 10 / no. 7 / Vandalia, Ohio". Weight: 8 lbs. 6 oz. PROVENANCE: The William Hammond Collection. CONDITION: Extremely fine retaining nearly all orig finish to both wood and metal with just a few minor scattered handling marks throughout. Mechanics are excellent.
