SCARCE REMINGTON MODEL 1100TD GRAND AMERICAN HANDICAP LIMITED EDITION SHOTGUN FROM 1967 NO. 7 OF 10.REMINGTON1100TD379661V12GAMODERN; C&RCal. 12 ga. 30" steel bbl with low profile matted ventilated rib with steel mid bead and white plastic front bead. 2-3/4" chambers. Choked Full. Blued trigger. Capped full pistol grip buttstock checkered in fleur-de-lis and wave pattern is of flame grained American Walnut with 14" LOP over "Kick-EEZ" pad. Forearm is nicely checkered in fleur-de-lis and diamond pattern. Receiver is nicely scroll engraved on right side and top with special commemorative inscription on left marked "Grand American Handicap / 1967 / 1 of 10 / no. 7 / Vandalia, Ohio". Weight: 8 lbs. 6 oz. PROVENANCE: The William Hammond Collection. CONDITION: Extremely fine retaining nearly all orig finish to both wood and metal with just a few minor scattered handling marks throughout. Mechanics are excellent.
