Full length matted wide Broadway rib with twin white plastic beads. Gold-plated sgl trigger, auto ejectors, non auto safety. Buttstock is FKLT configuration with trap forearm. 14-1/2" LOP over orig Browning ventilated pad. Receiver fully and finely engraved in standard Midas pattern three ducks in gold on right, three pheasants in gold on left, both surrounded by fine gold linework. Gold quail inlaid on bottom of frame. Receiver is double signed with "L.Cortis" on left and "A.Godimus" on right. Buttstock particularly fine multi-colored American Walnut checkered in typical Midas fashion forearm finely checkered in standard three-point standard Midas fashion. Housed in tan Browning case with orig tags and key. PROVENANCE: The William Hammond Collection. CONDITION: Extremely fine near mint, used very little. Retains nearly all finish to both wood and metal with just minute handling marks throughout. Checkering is crisp, mechanics are excellent. Brilliant shiny bores.
