Right slide marked "Gold Cup National Match" with cup logo, bbl marked "Colt .45 Auto N.M." over "MK.IV/Series 70", left slide marked "Colt's MKIV/Series 70 Gold Cup National Match .45 Automatic Caliber" with Rampant Colt. Left trigger guard bow shows final inspector "3" over verified proof. Stocks are full checkered walnut with Colt medallions. Trigger is serrated with adjustable over travel. Slide stop, trigger, thumb safety, hammer and mainspring housing are also serrated. Mag marked "Colt 45 Auto" with prancing pony. Mainspring housing has no lanyard loop. Grip safety has long tang, hammer is flat sided. Front sight back tapered, wide, square. Rear sight square notched Ellison. Slide has slanted serrations to the rear. Box properly marked with matching SN, box is series 70-style with lined brown cover, comes with Colt instruction sheet and plastic bag. CONDITION: Excellent. Receiver shows edge wear on the rear right hand side and corner with some minor pitting along the edge of the stock.
