COLT GOVERNMENT MODEL PISTOL. COLT GOVT 316712-C 45 MODERN Cal. 45 Auto. Pre-series 70, in near new condition. Slide right side marking is Colt standard 1-line address. Left side slide marked "Government Model Colt Automatic Caliber .45" with Rampant Colt. Bbl marked "Colt .45 Auto" through ejection port. Mag marked "Colt .45 Auto." CONDITION: Pistol is as new with only a slight drag mark in front of the dust cover. Stocks are light brown Colt-type with Rampant Colt emblems showing moderate shrinkage around screws, very minor scratching on serrated mainspring housing right side. Small take down scratch under slide stop. Box is very good ++, all corners are sound, cover has wood grain finish, proper SN on bottom with felt pen, includes grease paper and instruction manual. 51176-7 KXK (1,500-2,500)
