WALTHER AC42 P38 PISTOL WITH HOLSTER. WALTHER P38 4397i 9MM MODERN; C&R Cal. 9mm. 5" bbl. Marked on left side of slide "P.38", "ac/42", SN. Eagle "359" inspected. Matching numbers on frame, slide and bbl. Black Bakelite grips. Eagle "88" marked magazine. Accompanied by black leather clam shell holster. Makers stamp on back is weak appears to be "cww". Also marked on back eagle WaA392, "1942", "P38". CONDITION: Very good with a good amount of finish. Wear on high points and frontstrap. There is a ding in the right side of the slide. All markings clear. Fine bore with strong rifling. Area of metal loss at front bottom of frame. Excellent working order. Very good grips with light handling marks. Holster is dirty showing wear with scuff marks and strong stitching. 51709-9 GER (1,750-2,750)
