Right slide marked "Colt's Government Model", bbl marked "Colt Super .38 Auto MKIV/Series 70", left slide marked "Colt's MKIV/Series 70 Government Model .38 Super Auto Caliber" with Rampant Colt. Upper left trigger guard bow marked "A", lower trigger guard bow has "VP", right upper trigger guard bow marked "W" with minor bounce, mag marked "Colt Super 38 Auto" with Rampant Colt. Stocks are full checkered walnut with Colt medallions in the center. Front sight is serrated back tapered medium wide, rear sight is non-adjustable square notch. Front grip strap is plain. Arched serrated mainspring housing lacks lanyard loop. Wood grained cardboard box with proper SN, and Styrofoam insert with instruction sheet, yellow hang tag, and warranty card.
