Beautiful excellent condition pre-war Hussar hat. Top portion of hat in officer quality black wool. Center band in red wool with 3 rows of yellow piping. On center band is the enlisted style Brunswick light blue and yellow cockade. On top is the enlisted pattern Reichs cockade. Between the two is a silver Brunswick style skull and cross bones. Interior has white sweat leather and silk inner lining. Top of silk inner lining is stamped a Baronial crown over "S". Excellent officer quality construction.
