Cloth enlisted style field cover with 3 hooks for the front and 2 hooks for the back. On front of field cover is green "L/48". Significant mothing on bottom of "L" and "4". Cloth cover has staining and small tears to top. Top of spike bag has significant tear at the point. Back of field cover has a 1-1/4" tear at the left hook. Mounted on an M1915 Baden 111th EM helmet. Helmet complete with spike and frontplate. Interior liner mostly torn out due to deterioration and age. Helmet marked inside bell "J.R. 111/1915" and well as an Army Corp stamp, which is not legible.
