The red ball of flag has a hand drawn cleaver with annotation "Bloody Butchers". Also, along outer edge "FINCH HAVEN HOLLANDIA MiD LEYTE MiNDANAO JAPAN". This flag is in a 62-1/2" x 43-1/2" frame under glass. SIZE: CONDITION: Fabric has turned brown with several darker stains. Red fabric at center has torn in several places, particularly where flag had been folded at one time, yet writing is legible. There are also some small holes in places which were undoubtedly acquired prior to its being framed. This fine large flag will make an outstanding display piece. 51132-3 JWK117 (3,000-5,000)
