UNCOMMON ARMINIUS SINGLE SHOT 22 TARGET PISTOL CHAMBERED FOR 22 LR. ARMINIUS EXPOSED HAMMER 207 22 MODERN; C&R Cal. 22 LR. 9-5/8" bbl. Blue finish with two piece checkered walnut grips. Exposed hammer design. Single action with top break action. Pre-war proofs on bbl and receiver. A very fine quality unusual single shot target pistol. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Good overall with considerable finish loss. Gun retains approximately 30% blue with excellent bore and mechanics. Walnut grips are worn with minor chipping at bottom and numerous bruises and abrasions.
