OUTSTANDING LOT OF 19 POCKET PISTOLS FROM .22 TO 25 ACP. BERETTA 950B B62189 25ACP MODERN Cal 25 ACP. 2-3/8" tip-up bbl, full blue finish, 2-pc checkered plastic grips with Beretta logo over Jetfire logo on left side. Right grip shows shield with target in center below Beretta logo. Right side of slide is marked "P. Beretta-Mod 950B-Cal 6.35" SN is stamped on right side of frame above trigger. Last 4-digits of Sn appear on right bbl breech. Italian proofs are seen on left rear of frame near hammer. Magazine is not marked. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl retains 98% blue finish. Bore is slightly frosting with clear rifling. Slide, safety & bbl hinge all show a deep plum color which is common for this pistol. Alloy frame has most of the black anodized finish. Frame markings are sharp. Grips are fine, intact with sharp checkering and logos. Magazine retains nearly all of the blue finish with a few light scratches. A fine handy Beretta tip-up pistol. These were popular because of the ease of unloading. 51517-27 TEP (4,500-6,500)
PAF JUNIOR MODEL POCKET PISTOL. PAF JR POCKET A1643 25ACP MODERN Cal. 25ACP. 2" bbl, full blue finish, 2-pc plastic grips that are checkered with "PAF" crossed bullet logo. Left side of slide is marked "JUNIOR" over "VERVAARDIG IN SUIDE-AFRICA" over "MADE IN SOUTH AFRICA". "PAF" logo is marked on the front of the slide on both sides. SN is stamped on the backstrap. "164" is stamped on the left inside of rear of slide. Magazine is not marked. Pistol is housed in cardboard box with leatherette finish. End label shows model and SN. Box contains wrapping paper and instruction manual. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very fine. Slide retains nearly all of the blue finish that is turning slightly plum color on the top. Markings are sharp and clear. Frame retains 95% blue with most of the wear on the backstrap. Grips are fine with sharp checkering and clear logos. Magazine also retains most of the blue finish. Cardboard box is very good, intact with clear markings. Paperwork is clean. 51517-73 TEP (300-500)

Left side of slide reads "PISTOLETE AUTOMATIQUE MAB BREVETE-S.G.D.G." over "MODELE A CAL.25". Right side of slide is marked "MADE IN FRANCE FOR W.A.C.". SN is stamped on right side of frame over trigger. Last 2 digits of SN are found on the inside rear of slide. Magazine is unmarked. Bbl breech shows Cal. mark. Housed in a cardboard box with a "W.A.C." logo on top. Box contains instruction sheet and old price tag. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl retains 90% bright blue finish with high point and muzzle wear and a few scratches. Left slide mark is sharp. Right slide mark is lightly rolled. Frame retains 95% blue with high point wear and a few small scratches. Markings are sharp. Grips are very good, intact with sharp checkering and clear logos. HAENEL POCKET PISTOL. HAENEL POCKET 20982 25ACP MODERN Cal. 25ACP. 2-1/8" bbl, full nickel finish, 2-pc checkered plastic stocks with "HAENEL" logo at the top. Left side of slide is marked "C.G.HAENEL SUHL, GERMANY, SCHMEISSER'S PATENT". SN is stamped on right side of frame above trigger. Last 2 digits are stamped on inside rear of slide. Bbl, slide and frame all show "Crown N" proof marks on right side. Housed in a cardboard box with Haenel label. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: About fine. Slide and bbl retain 90% orig nickel finish with slight abrasion overall. Frame shows 80% nickel with wear near the trigger and on the fore and backstraps. FABRIQUE D''ARMES DEGUERRE LIBIA 37452 25ACP MODERN Cal. 25ACP. 1-3/4" bbl, full blue finish with 2-pc checkered hard rubber grips with "LIBIA" logo. Left side of slide is marked "FABRIQUE D'ARMES DE GUERRE DE GRANDE PRECISION" over "LIBIA PATENT-DEPOSE NO. 69094". SN stamped on grip safety. Last 2 digits are seen on inside of slide at rear. Right side of frame has "SPAIN" marked in very small letters behind trigger. Magazine is nickle plated and not marked. Pistol is housed in a cardboard box with picture of pistol on top. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Fine. Slide retains 98% blue with only a few light scratches. Frame retains 95% blue, also with a few light scratches. Grips are very good intact with sharp checkering and clear logo. Magazine retains nearly all of the nickle finish. ORTGIES' PATENT SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL. ORTGIES POCKET MODEL 5500 25ACP MODERN Cal 25 ACP. 2-1/2" bbl, full blue finish, plain wood grips with Ortgies medallion at top. Left side of slide is marked "Deutsche Werke Artiengesellschapt . Werk Erfurt" over "Ortgies' Patent". SN appears on the bottom forward part of frame with "Germany" stamped over it. There is a crown "N" proof stamped on right side of frame above trigger and on the right rear of the slide. SN is also stamped on the rear inside of the slide. Magazine is nickel plated, left side is stamped 6.35mm over Ortgies logo. Barrel breech also shows caliber designation. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very good. Slide retains 50% blue that is drifting to a plum patina with muzzle wear and slight scratches overall. Markings are sharp & clear. Frame retains 80% blue with high point wear and sharp markings. Magazine shows most of the nickel finish with some erosion at the top. Grips are very good, intact with small handling marks overall. CLEMENT'S PATENT SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL MODEL OF 1909. CLEMENT 1909 36258 25ACP MODERN Cal 25 ACP. 4-5/8" bbl, blue finish, 2-pc checkered hard rubber grips with intertwined "C" logo in an oval at the top. Top of bbl rib is marked "Automatic Pistol Clement's Patent" with hyphen finials. SN is marked on left side of frame above trigger, on bbl adjacent to frame number and on left side of bolt. Right side of frame, bbl and bolt show multiple Leige proof marks. Left breech of bbl is stamped "C.P" in front of "JB" in a circle. Magazine is not marked. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Bbl retains 50% plus blue finish that has blended with a smooth plum/brown patina with slight muzzle wear and high point wear. All markings are sharp and clear. Bolt retains a considerable amount of blue with sharp marking. Frame retains 80% blue with most of the wear on the grip straps. Markings are sharp & clear. Grips are very good with sharp checkering and clear logos. Right grip is missing a chip on the forward edge. Magazine shows considerable blue with scratch marks overall. BERNADELLI SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL. BERNARDELI POCKET MODEL 91998 25ACP MODERN Cal 25 ACP. 2" bbl, full blue finish, checkered 2-pc plastic grips with Bernadelli logo on left side and crossed rifle logo on right side. Left side of slide is marked "V. Bernadelli Guardone V.T. Cal. 6.35" over "Made in Italy". SN is stamped on left side of frame above trigger. Last 3-digits of SN appear on the inside rear of slide. Italian proof marks show at breech end of bbl and on right side of frame behind trigger. Magazine is not marked. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: About fine. Slide retains 95% bright blue finish with some high point wear and sharp markings. Frame retains 80% bright blue finish with most of the wear on backstrap. Pistol does not stay on cock. Grips are very good with sharp checkering and no missing pieces and clear markings. Magazine retains nearly all of the blue with some slight scratch spots. A very fine Bernadelli pocket pistol that needs minor repair. 51517-49 TEP (200-300)
HAENEL SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL. HAENEL POCKET MODEL 54463 25ACP MODERN Cal 25 ACP. 2-1/16" bbl, blue finish, 2-pc plastic grips with Haenel logo in an oval at the top. Left side of slide is marked "C.G. Haenel Suhl. Schmeisser's patent". SN is stamped on right side of frame above trigger. Last 4-digits of SN appear on inside of slide at rear. Crown "N" proofs are stamped on the right side on breech of bbl, slide & frame above trigger. "S-F" are stamped on frame near safety lever. Magazine catch is stuck precluding removal of magazine. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very good. Slide retains 50% blue finish that is blending to a smooth plum brown patina with muzzle wear and sharp markings. Bbl is a smooth plum brown patina with a few scratches. Frame is also a smooth plum brown patina overall with generous traces of blue. Frame markings are sharp. Grips are very good, intact with sharp checkering and logo. Magazine base shows almost all of the blue finish. Magazine catch is stuck as noted. BUFALO SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL BUFALO POCKET MODEL 13410 25ACP MODERN Cal. .25ACP. 2" bbl. Full blue finish. Checkered plastic grips with "CB" logo in an oval at the top and a buffalo head in a circle in the middle of the grip. Left side of slide is marked "Automatica Espanola" followed by patent no. over "Bufalo" cal. 6.35. Proof marks are stamped below and also on frame below that. Frame is stamped "Fuego" and "Seguro" near the safety. Left side of frame has SN stamped above trigger. Made in Spain is also stamped above trigger. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Slide retains 90% dull blue overall with sharp markings, some high point wear and a few light scratches. Frame retains 50% with most of the wear near trigger and on grip safety. Grips are very good, intact with sharp checkering and clear logos. OWA SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL. OWA POCKET MODEL 17360 25ACP MODERN Cal. .25ACP. 1-7/8" bbl. Full blue finish. 2-pc. checkered plastic grips with OWA logo at the top. Left side of bbl is marked "Cal. 6.35 - Arsenal. Vienna Austria" and "Pat. IA Kulturstaaten". There are also two proof marks stamped to the rear with "22" below which could be year of manufacture. SN is stamped on left side of frame above trigger. "P" is stamped on bbl hinge, followed by # "20176". "20" is stamped on bottom flat of bbl. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very good. Pistol shows 60% blue finish overall that is drifting to a grey brown patina. Markings are sharp. Grips are very good with sharp checkering and clear logo. GALESI SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL. GALESI POCKET MODEL 415617 25ACP MODERN Cal 25 ACP. 2-1/8" bbl, full blue finish, 2-pc faux ivory grips with "AG" logo at top. Left side of slide is marked "Soc. It. Flli. Galesi-Brescia-Cal. 6.35". Right side of slide is marked "Made in Italy". SN is stamped on forestrap. Last 3-digits of SN are stamped on the inside of slide at rear. Italian proof marks appear on bbl breech, right side of slide and right side of frame behind trigger. Magazine is nickel finish with a black plastic base and is not marked. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Slide retains 80% blue with muzzle wear especially on left side and high point wear overall. Markings are sharp. Frame also retains 80% blue overall with sharp markings. Trigger retains a considerable amount of blue finish. Grips are very good, intact with a few slight age cracks around medallions. CZ "DUO" SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL. CZ DUO 180718 6.35MM MODERN Cal. 6.35mm. 2" bbl, blue finish, 2-pc hard rubber grips. Left side of slide shows "CZ AUT. PISTOLE "DUO" R. 6.35MM" over "MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA". There is a Czech proof to the rear over "49" which is probably the manufacture date. SN is stamped on the right side of slide behind ejector port. Last three digits are stamped on inside of left grip. Grip could not be removed without risk of breaking it. There is also a Czech proof at the bbl breech. Grips show "DUO" logo in a circle with a basket weave background. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very good. Slide shows 80% blue that is drifting to a plum patina with slight handling marks overall. Frame shows 80% blue. Mag shows a considerable amount of blue. ASTRA POCKET MODEL SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL. ASTRA POCKET MODEL 267005 25ACP MODERN Cal. .25ACP. 2" bbl. Full blue finish with 2-pc. plastic grips that are checkered and show an Astra logo in a circle. Left side of slide shows cal and model over "Astra" patent. Right side of slide shows SN behind ejector port. SN is also stamped on right rear of frame. "Esperanza y Unceta Guenerica (Spain)" is stamped on right side of slide. Mag is nickel plated and is stamped Astra on base. Rear left side of frame shows a circular cartouche with "HOPE" in the middle. Mag retains nearly all of nickel finish with some slight scratch marks. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very good. Slide shows 80% dull blue finish with most of the wear on the left side. Frame also shows 80%+ dull blue finish. Trigger guard retains traces of blue. Markings are clear. Grips are very good, intact, with clear checkering and logos. Frame SN is almost washed out and lightly struck. 51517-55 TEP (200-300)
SPANISH MADE SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL. SPANISH POCKET MODEL NSN 25ACP MODERN Cal. .25ACP. 2" bbl. Full blued finish. Checkered plastic grips with Cal 6.35 in a circle at the top of the grip with a five-pointed star below. Left side of slide has an uncipherable mark at the forward edge. Slide is stamped "Model Automatic Pistol / Made In Spain" on the left side. Pistol is otherwise unmarked with the exception of the caliber mark on the grip. Mag is marked "57" on the left side at the base. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Good to very good. Slide shows 20% blued finish with wear and scratches overall. Frame shows 50% blued finish. Grips are very good with sharp checkering and clear cal mark. Mag shows considerable blue finish. 51517-56 TEP (150-250)
MELIOR SEMI-AUTOMATIC POCKET PISTOL. MELIOR POCKET MODEL 43912 25ACP MODERN Cal 25 ACP. 2-1/2" bbl, full blue finish, checkered 2-pc grips with Melior logo over "RK" in a circle. Left side of slide is marked "Melior" over "Brevets" with patent numbers & "Liege Belgique" forward part of slide is marked "Belgium". Rear of slide shows Liege proof marks Liege proofs also appear on left side of frame above trigger. Right side of frame above trigger shows SN stamped. Right side of slide also has SN stamped. Frame is marked near safety "FEW" and "SUR". Magazine is not marked. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Fine. Slide retains 90% brush blue finish with slight high point wear and sharp markings. Frame retains 80% blue with high point wear. Trigger & safety latch also show considerable blue. All frame markings are sharp. Magazine shows most of the blue finish with some scratch marks and erosion on right side. Grips are very good, intact with sharp checkering and logo. COLT JUNIOR SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL. COLT JUNIOR 250CC 25ACP MODERN Cal. .25 ACP. 2-1/4" bbl, blue finish, 2-pc checkered plastic grips that show Colt logo on both sides. Left side of slide is marked "Junior Colt" over .25". Right side of slide shows 2-line Colt address. SN appears on slide at the right rear, also shown on right side of frame above trigger. Right side of frame behind trigger "Made In Spain for Colt's". Left side of frame above trigger shows three Spanish proofs, one proof is stamped at left rear of slide and bbl breech. PROVENANCE: The Frank H. Wheaton, III Collection. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Slide shows 90% blue finish with slight high point wear and a few scratches. Markings are clear and sharp. Bore is bright with visible rifling. Frame shows 90% blue that is thinning on the straps with some high point wear. Trigger and mag base show considerable nickel finish. Mag is marked "Colt" on base. These pistols were made after WWII to replace the Colt model 1908 Hammerless .25. 51517-61 TEP (300-500)
