LOT OF THREE POSTWAR COMMERCIAL P38 9MM PISTOLS IN BOXES. WALTHER P38 008362E 9MM MODERN; IMPORT Cal. 9mm. 5" bbl. Standard two line marking on left side of slide. Right side of slide dated 9/69. 69 dated on left trigger guard web. Steel frame. All external numbers match. Checkered black plastic grips. Two P1 marked mags. Accompanied by non-matching Walther cardboard box, target, manual, plastic cleaning rod. PROVENANCE: Session two of the extraordinary Warren Buxton Collection. CONDITION: Very good, with light handling marks and finish wear on high points. All markings clear. Grips are very good, with light handling marks and minor scratches. Matching SN's on left side of frame, right side of slide, bbl lug. Proper mag. Accompanied by matching box, test target, manual and steel cleaning rod. PROVENANCE: Session two of the extraordinary Warren Buxton Collection. CONDITION: Very fine with minimal handling marks. Grips are good. Deep scratch in checkering on left grip, several more at top rear. Bore is fine. Mechanics are fine.
