AUTO MAG AMP 180 A00295 44 AUTO MAG MODERN Cal. 44 Auto Mag. Pistol is of bright polished stainless steel with 6" ventilated rib tapered rnd bbl that has red ramp front sight and fully adjustable rear sight. Mounted with fully checkered black composition 2-pc grips. Pistol is accompanied by two matching numbered magazines. Also accompanied by its orig black plastic, foam lined carrying case with a bottle of orig Auto Mag gun oil and a set of Allen wrenches for adjusting the sight and removing the grips. Additionally accompanied by four full, red, white and black 50-RD boxes of orig 240 gr. jacketed hollow-point ammunition, another identical box containing six orig rnds, an empty identical box, a large quantity of once-fired brass, a set of RCBS form & trim dies with reamer & extended shell holder, a 4-die set of RCBS reloading dies and a Bianchi brown leather holster. These pistols were among the very first orders placed with the Auto Mag corporation by a gentleman named Molisar of Las Vegas, Nevada, which is acknowledged by a letter addressed to Mr. Molisar on Auto Mag letterhead dated March 24, 1971. Additionally accompanying is a confirmation of this order which shows both SN's and states that delivery will commence April 8, 1971 and also includes loading data for the cartridge. Additional sheets in the folder give step-by-step procedures for utilizing other brass to form into Auto Mag cartridges. Additionally accompanied by each pistol's owners manual, warranty card and an invitation to join the Auto Mag owner's group. These early Pasadena Auto Mags are becoming increasingly scarce on the market today and a consecutive numbered pair is virtually unknown, especially having absolute documentation as to them having been produced and shipped as a pair.
