EXTREMELY RARE SA MARKED NAZI WALTHER 1936 OLYMPIA PISTOL WITH WEIGHTS. WALTHER 1936 OLYMPIA 3716O 22LR MODERN; C&R Cal. 22LR. 9-1/2" bbl. Standard markings on left and right sides of slide. Crown/N proofs on right side of slide and bbl. All external numbers matching, other than weights, which are #154. Marked on front grip strap "SA der NSDAP/Gruppe Nordsee". Checkered wood grips. Equipped with steel bbl weight which matches condition of pistol. Also equipped with set of frame weights, both numbered "154" on the left side. Light brown plastic bottomed unmarked mag. PROVENANCE: Session two of the extraordinary Warren Buxton Collection. CONDITION: Very good condition with finish showing wear and handling marks. Light surface rust and pitting here and there. Markings are clear. Grips are good, showing dings and handling marks. Piece missing from top rear of left grip. Bore is very good with strong rifling. Mechanics are fine. 52342-53 GER (3,500-4,500)
