COLLECTOR'S LOT OF WALTHER OLYMPIA PISTOLS. WALTHER 1936 OLYMPIA 6290 22LR MODERN; C&R Cal. 22LR. 4-3/4" bbl. Standard markings on left and right sides of slide. Crown/N proof marks on right side of bbl and slide. Checkered wood grips. Proper matching wood bottomed mag. PROVENANCE: Session two of the extraordinary Warren Buxton Collection. CONDITION: Very fine with light finish wear on high points and normal handling marks. All markings clear. Grips have light handling marks with good checkering. Fine bore is bright with sharp rifling. WALTHER MODEL 1936 OLYMPIA .22LR PISTOL WITH WEIGHTS. WALTHER 1936 OLYMPIA 8882O 22LR MODERN; C&R Cal. .22LR. Bbl 9-3/8". Standard markings on left and right sides of slide. All external numbers matching, except weights, which are #30. Checkered wood grips. Left grip stamped "F 8-7". Eagle N proof marks on right side of bbl and slide. Frame weights are numbered "30." on the left side, condition matching the rest of the pistol. Steel bbl weights are unmarked. Proper wood bottom mag is not matching. PROVENANCE: Session two of the extraordinary Warren Buxton Collection. CONDITION: Good condition overall. Showing significant finish wear and extremely light pinprick pitting on bbl and slide. All markings clear. Grips are good with usual crack at top rear corner of left grip, light handling marks. Fine bore with sharp rifling. Fine mechanical function. 52342-77 GER (1,250-1,500)
