WALTHER TARGET PISTOLS COLLECTORS GROUP FROM THE WARREN BUXTON COLLECTION. WALTHER 1926 1733 22LR MODERN; C&R Cal 22LR. 7-1/2" bbl. Standard markings on right and left sides of slide. Walther address on right side is only partially visible. Crown/N proof marks. Copper front sight blade, may be replaced. Checkered wood grip. PROVENANCE: Session two of the extraordinary Warren Buxton Collection. CONDITION: Good condition, as most likely refinished. Markings are weak but mostly legible. Markings on left side of slide are clear. Chamber and bbl show dings and use. Grip is cracked in the usual spot at top left rear. Grip shows moderate wear with small chips missing from bottom front edges. Bore has light pitting with good rifling. Mechanics are functional. WALTHER 1936 1ST MODEL OLYMPIA 22LR PISTOL. WALTHER 1936 OLYMPIA 5590 22LR MODERN; C&R Cal. 22LR. 8-5/8" bbl. This is an early 1st model Olympia pistol featuring a Dural trigger in the white as well as a checkered front grip strap. Marked on left side of slide banner Walther, two line Walther address & patent, "Olympia-Pistole". SN is located on left side of extended rear frame. Right side of slide marked "CAL.22 long rifle". External Dural hammer equipped with factory weight on frame and bbl. Checkered wood grips. Factory checkered front grip strap. Proper wood bottomed mag. PROVENANCE: Session two of the extraordinary Warren Buxton Collection. CONDITION: Fine condition showing wear and light handling marks, most noticeably on left bottom edge of extended rear frame. All markings clear. Fine bore is bright with sharp rifling. Grips show normal handling marks consistent with use. Checkering on front grip strap is sharp. Mechanics are fine. WALTHER 1ST MODEL OLYMPIA 22LR PISTOL WITH FULL SET BARREL WEIGHTS. WALTHER 1936 OLYMPIA 5565 22LR MODERN; C&R Cal. 22LR. 7-1/2" bbl. Standard markings on right and left sides of slide. Crown/N proof marks. Dural trigger and hammer in the white. Checkered wood grips. Factory checkered front grip strap. Extended rear frame. Equipped with a full set of factory bbl/frame weights. Wood bottomed mag with non-matching SN on bottom. This gun is described on pgs. 59 & 60, pictured on p. 63 of WALTHER VOLUME III by James L. Rankin. **Note: Gun is not pictured in book with bbl weights. PROVENANCE: Session two of the extraordinary Warren Buxton Collection. CONDITION: Very good condition. Finish wear on all high points as well as thinning on bbl. A few very minor areas of light pitting. All markings clear. Bore is fine, bright with sharp rifling. Grips show wear with good checkering, chip missing from front bottom right side. Mag appears to have been plated at some point with flaking to the finish. Bottom of mag extends 1/8" below bottom of grip. Mechanics are fine. All external numbers matching. 52342-51 GER (800-1,000)

WALTHER 1932 OLYMPIA SPECIAL STOEGER MODEL .22LR PISTOL. WALTHER 1932 OLYMPIA 3160 22LR MODERN; C&R Cal. 22LR. 7-1/2" bbl. Standard markings on left and right sides of slide. Crown/N proof marks on right side of bbl and slide. There are two threaded holes in bottom of frame at front, most likely factory for weights. All external numbers match. Checkered wood grip, is unmarked. Mag marked on right side "9". There is a lead block in mag to restrict capacity, appears to be period. PROVENANCE: Session two of the extraordinary Warren Buxton Collection. CONDITION: Good condition. All markings clear. Finish shows wear and handling marks. Grip is cracked from top to bottom on right side, standard crack on left side upper rear. Checkering worn, numerous dings and handling marks. There are six small holes in left side of grip. Bore has sharp rifling with some minor areas of roughness. Mechanics are functional. 52342-83 GER (800-1,000)
