EXCELLENT PARKER SC GRADE SINGLE BARREL TRAP SHOTGUN. PARKER SC 179320 12GA MODERN; C&R; ESA Cal. 12 ga. 32" fluid steel bbl. 2-3/4" chamber. Choke full. Full length low profile ventilated matted top rib with twin ivory beads. Checkered nickel plated trigger, ejector, no safety. Capped full pistol grip Monte Carlo buttstock, checkered in 3-point pattern with checkered cheeks and 14-1/4" LOP over black leather covered pad. Large trap forearm with Deeley release, checkered in 3-panel pattern. Receiver is nicely scroll and punch-dot engraved in typical SC pattern and marked "Parker Bros." on sides. All visible SN's match. Bore diameter: .733. Bore restrictions: .028 (IMod). Wall thickness: .065. Drop at heel: 2-1/8″ at rear of Monte Carlo 1-5/8" in front, drop at comb: 1-1/2″. WEIGHT: 7 lbs, 11 ozs. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl retains 95-97% orig blued finish, receiver with 60-70% nice orig case color. Buttstock has been expertly restored and shows evidence of a now near invisible repair at wrist and minor losses at top tang. Forearm is excellent and retains most of what appears to be its orig finish with a couple of very minor age separations at frame. Trigger guard retains approximately 50% orig blued finish, trigger checkering is contemporary. Bore is bright and shiny. Mechanics are fine. A very nice early
