HEYM OVER-UNDER EJECTOR DOUBLE RIFLE WITH SCOPE.HEYMOU DBL RIFLE552659.3x74RSCOPEMODERN(1976) Cal. 9.3 x 74R. 25" Mono-bloc bbls are fitted with full length matted rib and marked "HEYM, MUENNERSTADT" on rib. Rib is fitted with claw bases and single standing rear sight. Top bbl is stamped with steel type and "MADE IN W - GERMANY". Bottom of mono-bloc is stamped with German proofs with date of 8/76. Coin finished OU double Kersten Blitz action has shaped back and features non-automatic tang safety, pin cocking indicator, and dbl triggers (front set). Action is engraved with 60% coverage acanthus scroll surrounding vignettes of game, with a running boar on left side, and running stag on right. Bottom of action is marked with makers name. Plain European walnut white line capped pistol grip hogback comb buttstock measures 14-3/8" over ribbed composition buttplate with white line spacer. Stock features shadow line right hand cheekpiece and skip line checkering at grip. Matching full one piece forend has Deeley release. A B. Nickel 2.5 X scope with duplex reticle is in claw rings. Drop at heel: 2-15/16"", drop at comb: approx 1-7/8". Weight without scope: 8 lbs. 5 oz. LOP: 14-3/8". CONDITION: Excellent, retaining approx 95% of all orig factory finishes with some light handling marks. Bores are excellent. Mechanically good. Ejectors are strong and in time.
