VERY FINE PERAZZI MX 8 "ORO" SINGLE/ DOUBLES TRAP COMBO WITH EXCEPTIONAL ENGRAVING BY PASOTTI, HAS CUSTOM STOCKS AND CASE. PERAZZI OU MX8 81341 12 MODERN Cal. 12 ga. 2-3/4" Chambers. 34" Single bbl configured as bottom bbl, has high raised ventilated rib fitted for choke tubes, and 31-1/2" OU bbls with fixed chokes, have high rib and are ported. Gun was retailed by Perazzi USA. Coin finished MX 8 action with removable trigger group fitted with RELEASE TRIGGER, is engraved with exceptionally well cut Baroque open shaded scroll with floral highlights. Mythological beasts, as part of scroll are gold inlaid and exceptionally well detailed. Engravers signature, "Pasotti", is on trigger housing. Custom made wonderfully figured and marbled European walnut extreme pistol grip buttstock with palm swell and adjustable comb measures 14-5/8" over black open sided trap pad. Matching forend services both bbl sets. Double bbls: Bore diameter: top -.734, bottom - .734. Bore restrictions: top - .030 (full), bottom - .016 (mod). Weight: 8 lbs. 10 oz. LOP: 14-5/8". Black ABS Perazzi case contains three choke tubes and spare parts kit, along with stock removal tool. PROVENANCE: Instruction pages.
