ARIETTA MODEL 578, 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN WITH CASE.ARRIETA578333012W/CASEMODERNCal. 12 ga. 27-1/2" bbls. 3" chamber. Chokes mod/imp mod. Full length matted top rib with brass front bead. Dbl triggers (front trigger articulated), selective automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Gorgeous honey colored straight grip buttstock checkered in 2-point pattern with tear drop behind hand detachable locks with 15" LOP over solid red pad. Splinter forearm with Curtis push button release checkered and diamond pattern with ejector selector near frame. Receiver is near full coverage floral and scroll engraved with maker name on bottom. Top lever and rolled edge trigger guard are blued. Receiver in coin finish. Housed in a canvas covered leather Leg-O-Mutton case. All visible SN's match. WEIGHT: 7 lbs, 4 oz. CONDITION: Fine. Bbls retain approximately 97% orig blued finish. Receiver is excellent and bright with almost no staining noted. Buttstock and forearm are very good with scattered scratches and handling marks and a few more significant hunting bumps though nothing offensive. Case is excellent. Bores are bright and shiny.
