EXTREMELY FINE QUARTER PLATE TINTYPE OF UNION CAVALRYMAN WITH CARBINE AND SWORD.Full standing view of mustachioed enlisted cavalryman wearing shell jacket, regulation trousers, kepi, 1851 sword belt (with over shoulder strap) with attached 1860 cavalry saber with attached sword and knot cap box. Soldier is also wearing his carbine sling attached to what appears to be a Smith carbine. Rare to find really crisp full standing cavalryman with all their gear.
