DOMINICK LABINO ART GLASS VASE.LABINODominick Labino vase has bulbous light amber body giving way to a slender neck with glass shading to dusty rose. The vase is finished with three applied gray shading to blue glass medallions. Signed in the polished pontil "Labino 3-1979". Dominick Labino (1910 - 1987) was instrumental in the formation of the studio glass movement in 1962 with Harvey Littleton. His work is represented in 65 museums in the United States and abroad including the NYC Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C. SIZE: 8" t.
