LADY'S ANTIQUE PATEK PHILIPPE OPEN-FACED POCKET WATCH ON CHAIN.Retailed by Shreve, Crump and Low, this 18kt yellow gold #265396 pocket watch is signed "PPCo". The dust cover is engraved "Shreve, Crump & Low Co Boston, no. 158328" also signed "Patek Philippe". The outer cover is decorated with blue guilloche enamel decoration and rusi-cut diamonds framing an image of a woman. The dial has white enamel with black Arabic numerals and seconds chapter. Movement is 18 Jewels, signed "SCL" and "Patek Philippe no. 158328". Pocket watch is suspended from a gold filled watch chain. SIZE: Face is 1", overall 1-1/2".
