TIFFANY STUDIOS UNIVERSAL SWING CANDLE LAMP.TIFFANYTiffany Studios candle lamp has cast bronze base with universal swing mechanism, also known as a Gimbal lamp. The lamp is complete with snuffer and is finished with a vertically ribbed candle shade. Shade is decorated with green pulled feather design rising from the fitter. Each pulled feather is outlined in gold iridescence and set against a creamy white lightly iridescent background. Shade is signed in the fitter "L. C. T.". Base is signed on back of handle "Tiffany Studios New York 1207" and also marked on inside of handle with the Tiffany Studios logo. SIZE: 11-1/2" tall to top of shade. PROVENANCE: From an Unreserved Massachusetts collection. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent and base is very good to excellent. 52810-3 DAB (5,000-7,000)
