MT. WASHINGTON BURMESE VERSE PITCHER. MT. WASHINGTON Mt. Washington Burmese pitcher is decorated with a beautifully enameled pink rose with stems and leaves encircling the top of the pitcher moving on to the back where the stem terminates into a rosebud. Within the circling stem and rose is the verse reading The cowslip is a country lass, The violet is a nun, But I will woo the dainty rose, The queen of everyone. Thomas Hood. SIZE: 9" t.
