MT. WASHINGTON BURMESE BRIDE'S BASKET.MT WASHINGTONMt. Washington bride's basket has a Burmese decorated bowl with a flaring ruffled rim and is decorated with enameled spider mums surrounding the exterior. The bowl rests in a silver plated frame with twisted wire handle, a ruffled skirt, and four legs with cast berry design. Bowl is unmarked. Frame is marked on the underside "Barbour Bros. Co. Silver Quadruple Plate 217". SIZE: 10" dia x 15" to top of handle. PROVENANCE: From an Unreserved Ontario, CAN collection. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 52654-30 DAB (800-1,200)
