As one veteran related, "The Japanese gave us a pretty hard time in their prepared defensive positions, but the army came up with an answer to that, it was the flamethrower. We sent one of them up front, they touched the flame into the pillbox and the Nips came running out. All we had to do was pick 'em off!" Includes a GI storage crate. SIZE: CONDITION: Overall extremely fine. All hoses remain soft, supple and serviceable. The outstanding condition of the wand, together with the other accessories, make this an absolutely incredible find. Over 95% of the paint remaining on the tanks, w/some scratches due to use, w/over 98% paint remaining on the wand, which is extremely fine in all respects. Webbing of carrier in very fine serviceable condition, as are contemporary, yet appropriate diameter attachment cords. Wooden storage crate in fine, serviceable condition. Vintage orig manuals also in fine condition. Consignor states that this apparatus is in completely good working order and will stand behind this statement.
