FINEST DAVID FREDERICK CLARK INSPECTED COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY CAVALRY REVOLVER WE HAVE CATALOGED WITH FACTORY LETTER. COLT SAA 55313 45 Cal. 45. 7-1/2" bbl. Colt SAA 55313 is unequivocally the finest D.F.C. revolver we have cataloged. Unlike most "pristine" Colt Cavalry revolvers. This revolver is pristine as it comes from the Colt Factory rather than a Springfield Arsenal refinish. This gun must be seen to be appreciated as no picture can possibly do justice to its lovely condition. U.S. stamping on the frame is proud as it is on all Colt Factory pristine Cavalry revolvers. Patent dates are perfect. All SNs are pristine. PROVENANCE: The spectacular collections of Ray Bentley featuring the finest and rarest deluxe antique Winchesters in the world. CONDITION: Condition of this revolver is extraordinary in every way. Bbl retains nearly 100% of its Colt Factory finish. Markings are crisp as new. Feathering around front sight is 100%. Cylinder with faint tracking line retains all its orig blue. Frame & hammer retain brilliant orig Colt Factory case colors. All matching numbers. Bore is brilliant. Face of cylinder shows little if any use, probably unfired. Beautiful inspected grips have a few extremely minor dents. Cartouches and date "1880" are perfect. If you want the best, look no further. I've never seen a better one. 53091-99 MRZ (40,000-60,000)
