LOT OF 2 GUNS: EXCEPTIONAL SPRINGFIELD 1898 KRAG .30-40 RIFLE & LLAMA .22 PISTOL IN BOX. SPRINGFIELD 1898 400423 30-40 MODERN; C&R Cal. .30-40. 30" bbl. Standard markings. Crisp clear "1902" dated cartouche on left side of stock. Sharp circle "P" proof behind trigger guard. PROVENANCE: The spectacular collections of Ray Bentley featuring the finest and rarest deluxe antique Winchesters in the world. CONDITION: Extremely fine with minor finish loss on trigger guard, buttplate, bayonet lug and bbl at muzzle. All markings are crisp and clear. Case colors on safety lever and buttplate trapdoor. Wood is extremely fine with minor handling marks. Bore is excellent with sharp rifling. Mechanics are crisp. Gun exhibits very little use if any. 53094-93 GER (1,750-2,250)

Accompanied by factory cardboard box with matching number on end and cleaning brush. PROVENANCE: The spectacular collections of Ray Bentley featuring the finest and rarest deluxe antique Winchesters in the world. CONDITION: Fine with finish wear on high points and front of slide.
