EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE NICKEL PLATED MINIATURE 1928 THOMPSON MACHINE GUN REPLICA (NON-GUN).SN: 1. 6-1/2" bbl with compensator. Overall length 16-3/4". Wonderful little nickel plated 1928AC Thompson miniature as made by Edmund H. De LaGarrigue Sr. with faithful reproduction of the Auto-Ordinance Corp address on right side of receiver with markings on left side indicating SN "1" and being chambered for the 25 automatic cartridge. However although the bolt is under spring tension and the trigger functions there is no firing pin nor extractor in the bolt. Buttstock detaches like its full size counterpart. This lot includes a nickel plated miniature drum with no spring, four miniature solid milled steel stick magazines, a miniaturized handbook for the Auto-Ordinance 1928 gun, two miniaturized empty cartridge boxes, a brass cleaning rod and a miniaturized Thompson hard case by "Kasekraft". Please note that this is a non-gun display piece. SIZE: PROVENANCE: The spectacular collections of Ray Bentley featuring the finest and rarest deluxe antique Winchesters in the world. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is very fine to extremely fine. Bright nickel plating on all metal parts with finely figured wood in the buttstock with some very light handling marks.
