RESTORED WINCHESTER MODEL 1876 RIFLE.WINCHESTER1876 RIFLE5726440-60Cal. 40-60 WCF. 28" rnd bbl. Blue finish overall with 2-piece contemporary walnut stocks. Case colored hammer & lever. Fixed rear sight with Lyman blade front sight. Traditional Winchester 2-line address on bbl with caliber designation 40-60 WCF on chamber as well as on brass elevator. Checkered forearm & pistol grip on highly figured stocks. These large frame lever actions have always been very popular with shooters and collectors alike. CONDITION: Very good as totally restored with a very good bright bore with sharp rifling. Contemporary finishes remain almost entirely intact with cyanide case colors being vivid and strong on hammer, lever and trap butt.
