WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 RIFLE.WINCHESTER189271802444WCFMODERN; C&RCal. .44 WCF. 24" 1/2 rnd 1/2 oct bbl, button mag, blue finish, figured American walnut stocks with crescent butt. CONDITION: Fine as restored. Overall this rifle retains nearly all of the restored blue finish with sharp markings, "WP" proof has been polished off top of receiver. Marble/Sheard front sight, sporty rear. Bore is frosty with visible rifling. Stocks are very good with nearly all of the restored varnish finish and very few handling marks present. Buttstock has a small hole in the toe that has been plugged. A very nice rare configuration '92 rifle that has seen professional restoration. 52992-1 TEP (2,000-3,000)
