Bbl marked "WILLIAM EVANS 63 PALL MALL SAINT JAMESES LONDON / 404 55 GRAINS CORDITE 400 GRAINS SOFT NOSE SOLID POINTED BULLET". Blued Mauser action. Fiddleback stock with capped full pistol grip checkered in 2-point pattern with oval and sling swivel near toe has 14-1/8" LOP over black Decelerator pad. Forearm checkered in 3-point pattern with ebony nose tip. A sling eye is soldered to bottom of bbl and sleeved on. Blued floorplate and trigger guard with SN. Screws are floral engraved. Grip cap is blued with initials "WE". Action mounted with Holland & Holland style scope rings. Weight: 9lbs. 1oz. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl retains approx 95% orig blue. Stock is a very well done replacement and retains virtually all its custom finish and retains nearly all of its custom finish. Bore is very good with minor frosting in throat and in grooves though will not impact performance. Mechanics are fine. This is an excellent rifle! 53019-1 JSL62 (3,500-5,500)
