WINCHESTER MODEL 12 20 GAUGE SHOTGUN WITH CUSTOM SCROLL ENGRAVING.WINCHESTER1270129520MODERN; C&RCal. 20 ga. 26" solid rib bbl with steel mid and red plastic front bead. 2-3/4" chambers. Choke marked WS-1. Buttstock with capped pistol grip checkered in 2-point pattern with 14-3/8" LOP over modern Silver's type red pad. Forearm with elongated diamond pattern checkered at sides and diamond in center. Bottom of magazine tube with SN. Bottom of frame with SN and marked "SKEET". Receiver has been custom scroll engraved on sides in about 30% coverage. All visible SN match. WEIGHT 6 lbs 14 oz. CONDITION: Very good as customized and partially refinished. Bbl retains approximately 90% of what appears to be its orig blued finish. Receiver retains nearly all of its custom blued finish. Buttstock has been restored. Checkering re-cut long ago and now shows some handling marks with light scratches and some minor staining behind grip cap and on top of comb. Forend with approximately 3" triangular shaped piece broken out and repaired near frame which is now stable and hardly noticeable, otherwise retains approximately 90% of its restored finish. Mechanics are fine. Bore is very good with some minor staining noted. 53056-4 JSL (1,000-1,500)
