CUSTOM WINCHESTER MODEL 12 16 GAUGE SHOTGUN.WINCHESTER12160808316MODERN; C&RCal. 16 ga. 26" solid rib bbl with brass mid and white plastic front bead. 2-3/4" chambers. Choke marked WS-1. Custom buttstock with capped pistol grip checkered in 2-point pattern with 14" LOP over slightly misfitting Winchester brand replacement buttplate. Forearm with elongated diamond pattern checkered at sides and diamond in center. Bottom of magazine tube with SN and contemporary Pigeon engraved. Bottom of frame with SN. Receiver has been custom scroll engraved on sides in about 30% coverage with setter in large circle on right and same on left. All visible SN match. WEIGHT 6 lbs 14 oz. CONDITION: Very fine as customized. Bbl retains approximately 97% of its custom blued finish. Receiver retains nearly all of its custom blued finish. Buttstock retains nearly all of its custom finish, stocks with sharp checkering. Minor staining behind grip cap and light handling marks on top of comb. Mechanics are fine.
