GOLD INLAID WINCHESTER MODEL 12 SKEET 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN.WINCHESTER12193187612MODERN; C&RCal. 12 ga. 26" Winchester proof steel bbl with ventilated rib and white mid and white plastic front bead. 2-3/4" chamber. Choke marked "WS-1". Flame grained American walnut stocks. Buttstock checkered in coarse fleur de lis checkering with 14-1/8" LOP over an older Winchester brand red pad. Forearm is near full coverage checkered and fleur de lis pattern. Receiver is tastefully engraved with two pointers pointing a flushing grouse in woods scene on left and four gold inlaid ducks in marsh scene on right surrounded by large scroll engraving. Bbl engraved with 1-1/2" wedge of scroll on each side. Bottom of magazine tube with contemporary engraved pigeon and SN, bottom of frame marked "SKEET". Carrier and ejector are nicely polished. All visible SN match. WEIGHT: 8 lbs 1 oz CONDITION: Extremely fine as customized. Retaining virtually all custom finish to both wood and metal. Has been fired since being customized but well cared for. Mechanics are crisp. Bore is very good with a minor length wise striation at bottom of bbl.
