EXTRAORDINARY WINCHESTER MODEL 61 SLIDE ACTION RIFLE IN ORIGINAL WINCHESTER SHIPPING BOX.WINCHESTER616788322 WRFW/BOXMODERN; C&RCal. 22 WRF. 24" rnd bbl, 7/8 magazine, full blue finish, nicely figured American walnut stocks with plain pistol grip and grooved forearm. Bbl has Winchester address, trademark, model and Cal. designation rolled on left side in front of rear sight. "WP" proof is struck on top of bbl and receiver. SN appears on bottom front of receiver with same number struck on trigger guard. Accompanying box has orig craft paper. End label of box is numbered to this rifle. CONDITION: Extremely fine, nearly new in box. Rifle retains 99.9% of orig finish. Receiver has a light scratch on left side and two minuscule dings on bottom left corner under takedown screw. There are two small scratches on magazine tube. All markings are sharp. Stocks are extremely fine with no evidence of handling. Box is very good, intact with some staining overall. Label is clear.
