EXTRAORDINARY WINCHESTER MODEL 62A SLIDE ACTION RIFLE IN ORIGINAL WINCHESTER BOX. WINCHESTER 62A 357295 22 SHORT MODERN; C&R Cal. 22 SHORT. 23" rnd bbl, 3/4 magazine, full blue finish, straight grain American walnut stocks with Winchester hard rubber buttplate. Bbl shows Winchester address, trademark, model and Cal. designation rolled on left sight by rear sight. "WP" proof is stamped on top of bbl and receiver. SN appears on bottom front of frame and lower tang. Box contains craft paper wrap and Winchester hang tag. Box has end label SNd to this rifle. CONDITION: Extremely fine. This rifle is nearly new and shows no evidence of ever having been assembled. Close inspection shows 99.99% orig blue finish with no apparent mars. Markings are sharp and clear. Stocks are extremely fine with no apparent handling marks. Box is very good, intact. End label is clean.
