SEATED BRONZE FIGURE.China, Ming Dynasty. The bronze depicting a woman seated with arm propped upon a raised knee. Traces of lacquer finish in areas along with spots of gilt highlights. Comes with fitted stand. SIZE: 7" t (without stand). PROVENANCE: A most historical and important collection from the estate of Maria Decatur Mayo Deyo (Lila) Garnett of Kittery Point, Maine. CONDITION: Missing most of lacquered finish, wear to the surface. Stand with losses around the edges. 52714-75 JTC (400-600)
