TWO IMARI PORCELAIN BOTTLES BY FUKUGAWA.Japan, Meiji Period. Each bottle made in four sided form with tapered shoulders and short inverted neck. One bottle painted with trees and potted flowers with the other having a design of dragons and phoenix, both marked in iron red to the underside. SIZE: 7-1/2" t. PROVENANCE: A most historical and important collection from the estate of Maria Decatur Mayo Deyo (Lila) Garnett of Kittery Point, Maine. CONDITION: Wear to the gilding. 52714-77 JTC (600-800)
