The lid with quilted interior retaining the original label noting only two retail locations in Paris and London, the stenciled serial number still visible: 162103. PROVENANCE: A most historical and important collection from the estate of Maria Decatur Mayo Deyo (Lila) Garnett of Kittery Point, Maine. CONDITION: Trunk remains structurally sound, significant soiling and abrasions to exterior. The fitted interior trays present, key is absent.
