The group consisting of a mahogany Martha Washington easy chair with arms, with red velvet upholstery; a carved mahogany Sheraton style wing chair with pineapple and acanthus leaf carving, upholstered in a chartreuse leather covering; a Chippendale style over-upholstered wing chair with ogival wings, rolled arms, a square tapered legs; an oak Chippendale style ribbon back side chair with pierced slats and reeded square legs; an inlaid mahogany Sheraton style Martha Washington sewing cabinet with bellflower inlay, hinged lids within the top revealing storage compartments, three central drawers, raised on swelled, cylindrical, ring-turned legs; a two-tier Georgian style mahogany side table. SIZE: Chippendale wing chair: 42" h (back), 15" h (seat) x 32" w. Martha Washington sewing stand: 28" h x 28" w x 16" d. PROVENANCE: From an unreserved Corea, ME collection. CONDITION: Easy chair and Sheraton style wing chair very good overall. Chippendale style wing chair structurally good, upholstery poor.
