TWO TRAMP ART TABLE LAMPS.Mid-20th century, American. The first example with matchstick design simulating a vanity with central "cabinet" flanked by picture frames. The wooden shade of similar design with sloping sides. The second lamp in the Adirondack style, fashioned from cut and shaped tree branches. SIZE: First 18" h x 12-1/2" w x 5-3/4" d. Second 22" h x 10-1/2" sq. PROVENANCE: Contents of a lifetime collection "Brook Crossing," South Pomfret, VT. CONDITION: The first with original shellac surface. Multiple minor losses to borders of matchstick shade. Otherwise good. The second with highly shellacked surface. Structurally very good. 52806-175 HMG (200-300)
