Son of Maria Susanna Decatur and Windham Robertson Mayo. 2) American coin silver child's cup engraved "Philbrick" by Lows, Ball & Company, Boston, Massachusetts, circa 1840. The slightly tapered round cup having a simple rim with scroll handle. Hallmarked on bottom "Lows, Ball & Company". 3-3/4" h. The first Philbrick that entered the Decatur line was Anna Rowell Philbrick who married Commodore Stephen Decatur (1814-1891) of the fourth generation. 3) American coin silver child's cup engraved with a script "EP" by Bailey, Kettell & Chapman, Boston, MA, circa 1854-1858. The tapered cup having a scroll handle, the bottom marked "Bailey, Kettell & Chapman coin Boston." 4" h.
