Lexington stationary to Pay Clerk, Robert Stickel. Pair of 8-3/4" h fancy Sheffield candlesticks marked "U.S.N" by Webb, marked "501" having removable bobeches. 8-1/2" silver plated knife & fork marked "U.S.N." and also with an anchor by International Silver Co., most likely from an Officer's or Admiral's mess.
