FINE NEW ENGLAND DRY SINK IN RED PAINT.Late 18th-early 19th century New England. The rectangular case of classic form, fitted with a dovetailed drawer beside a sink well with raised splash guard and raised work surface. The case fitted with two paneled doors with wood knobs and latches opening to an interior fitted with a single fixed shelf. The case with bootjack bracket base, all in original paint with varnish overcoat. SIZE: 35" h x 47-1/2" w x 22" d. CONDITION: Structurally very good. Door handles are old replacements. Fine, dark patina and with normal and expected in-use wear and abrasions with some minor losses to paint. Very good overall. 52738-37 HMG (2,000-4,000)
