Framed by a row of floral vinery above and a row of floral and fruit leafy sprigs below and additionally woven with a single row of the alphabet followed by the numerals 1234. All within a scrolling leafy border with strawberries. Housed in a period birds eye maple frame. SIZE: Sight: 17" x 15-1/4". Overall: 21-1/4" x 19-1/2". PROVENANCE: Contents of a lifetime collection "Brook Crossing," South Pomfret, VT. CONDITION: All embroidery intact. Linen with overall toning, minimal in nature.
