JAMES TYLER (American, 1855-1931) TUGBOAT "EDGAR BAXTER".Watercolor on paper, nautical scene shows the yellow decked tugboat sailing right to left through white capped green ocean. Several other ships are seen on horizon line, all under a gray edged cloud and blue sky. Below the watercolor is the title "Edgar Baxter". The Captain is seen behind the wheel with two deck mates on board. Flags flying along with ships pennant. Housed in a gilt frame with white mat.
