TWO BASKETRY FISHING CREELS AND METAL MINNOW BUCKET.1) Large basketry creel with bulging sides, having a weaved oval lid with wood lined receiving hole. Replaced raw-hide hinges. 2) Basketry creel with a wood carved lid having cut-out receiving hold and raw-hide hinges, one detached. The underside of the lid with 12" ruler. 3) Metal oval bail handled hinged top bait bucket. The metal bail handle with wood swivel grip, the top half hinge with star punch cut-out. Chrome yellow paint which is 30% present. SIZE: 1) 10" h x 14" w (widest) x 7" d. 2) 8-1/2" h x 12" w x 6" d. 3) 6-1/2" h x 10" w x 6" d (without handle). PROVENANCE: Contents of a lifetime collection "Brook Crossing", South Pomfret, VT. CONDITION: Generally very good, some very minor breaks in basketry. 52806-40 WAG (300-500)
