FINE SHERATON ONE DRAWER CHERRY SIDE TABLE.Circa 1825, Massachusetts. In the manner of Spooner & Fitz of Athol, MA. The rectangular figural top projecting above the conforming frieze. Fitted with a single bird's eye maple drawer with original molded brass knobs raised on delicate ring turned swelled cylindrical legs with double ringed cuffs terminating in suppressed ball feet. SIZE: 27-1/4" h x 19-1/2" w x 15" d. PROVENANCE: Contents of a lifetime collection "Brook Crossing," South Pomfret, VT. CONDITION: Slight bow in single board top. Proper right front leg broken and restored at juncture to apron. Seam remains visible. Otherwise with old polished surface. 52806-162 HMG (200-400)
